Coaching Services Agreement

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

1. Parties

This Coaching Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Giselle Reinvention Coach ("Coach") and the undersigned client ("Client").

2. Purpose of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, goal achievement, and life transitions through the MIMOSA™ Reinvention Method. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.

3. Scope of Services

Services may include individual coaching, group coaching, workshops, assessments, action plans, digital resources, and accountability support.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to participate honestly, complete agreed action steps, attend scheduled sessions, and accept responsibility for personal decisions and outcomes.

5. Coach Responsibilities

The Coach agrees to provide professional coaching services, maintain appropriate boundaries, and respect confidentiality within the limits of the law.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the Client.

7. Fees, Payments, and Scheduling

Fees and scheduling are outlined in the selected coaching package. Missed sessions, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the Coach's policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The MIMOSA™ Reinvention Method and all accompanying materials are proprietary intellectual property of Giselle Soriano-Diaz and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Coach's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

12. Entire Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between the Coach and Client.

The complete agreement, including client information and signatures, is provided and signed when you enroll in a coaching program.
